Physical Characteristics: Half-elves inherit the physical features of both their human and elven ancestral roots. Their eyes are brown, green, blue, or occasionally silver, and their hair is usually brown, black, or gray. Half-Elves grow from five to six feet tall. They weigh between 100 and 180 pounds.
Social Attributes: The personality of a half-elf is a combination of elven emotionality and human impatience and single-mindedness. They have a hard time fitting in with crowds of either race, so they usually wind up living the life of an outcast, one who has no true home. Half-elves are intensely loyal to the few friends they do gather, though, and tend to be innately selfless.
Roleplaying Notes: Play your half-elf with emotionality. Remember how most half-elves grow up distant from people, and that their heritage gives them moody tendencies. They adventure out of loneliness, boredom, righteousness, or self-destructive ideas.
